Treatments take place at Therapie Kreuzplatz. Appointments and invoicing are handled by Therapie Kreuzplatz AG.
Cancellations
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, the practice charges the reserved time privately.
Prescriptions and insurance
Billing to basic health or accident insurance requires a valid medical prescription and complete information. Please check supplementary insurance coverage yourself in advance. Necessary materials may be charged separately.

The conditions agreed with Therapie Kreuzplatz apply. This summary is based on the practice’s registration form.
