Lisa Lange
Experience that shapes your treatment.
Qualified physiotherapist since 2006, specialising in lymphological physiotherapy and breast cancer aftercare.

Experience and specialisation.
I have worked as a physiotherapist since 2006. My focus is clinical lymphology and breast cancer aftercare, with training in the approaches of Asdonk and Földi, pioneers of medical lymphoedema therapy, and specialist lymphology modules at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).
I combine lymphological treatment with Maitland manual therapy, muscle and fascia techniques, movement and exercise. This allows me to address scars, tissue changes and musculoskeletal symptoms alongside swelling.
Where helpful, my many years of yoga experience complement treatment through body awareness, mindfulness and breathing techniques, for example to support you during times of stress.
My personal perspective.
My own breast cancer, subsequent plastic and aesthetic surgery, and the resulting lymphoedema have shaped my specialisation. I know how physical changes can affect everyday life and that not every symptom is visible.
You should feel professionally supported and personally understood.
What inspires me.
What would you like to do more easily again? Whether your aim is less swelling and pain, greater mobility or feeling more comfortable in your body, we work together on what matters to you.

My philosophy
Care that sees the whole person.
WellbeingFeeling comfortable in your body.
Health, body awareness and personal wishes are connected. Alongside your symptoms, there is space for your individual needs.
MobilityMaking everyday life easier.
We focus on the movements and activities that matter to you. Your individual abilities and goals guide the way.
Thoughtful treatmentSeeing the whole person.
I combine scientific evidence and clinical guidelines with therapeutic experience. The choice of treatment depends on what suits your situation.
How I work
Thoughtful assessment. Individual care.
AssessmentArrive and be understood.
We discuss your concerns and health situation. A thorough assessment forms the basis of the treatment plan we agree together.
TreatmentReceive individual treatment.
I explain the chosen techniques and adapt treatment to your response, symptoms and tissue tolerance.
Self-managementSupport your treatment in daily life.
You receive suitable exercises and, where appropriate, guidance on compression and self-care. We discuss how these steps can fit into daily life.
If suitable, treatment can be complemented by:
